A working set of terms.

This draft describes how the website and first application flow are intended to work. It is not a collaboration agreement and must be reviewed for the relevant jurisdiction before candidate traffic begins.

Website use

You may read the public project information and submit an application if you meet the age requirement shown on the form. Do not submit someone else’s personal information or files without permission.

Applications

Submitting an application does not create an employment relationship, partnership, contract, exclusivity obligation or promise of acceptance. A potential next step is a conversation.

Project information

Public pages describe the project at a high level. Confidential project information, if shared later, should be treated according to the applicable confidentiality agreement.

Future collaboration

Any future use of likeness, voice, content, identity or commercial material requires a separate written agreement. These website terms do not grant those rights.
