Using the website
You may browse public materials and send good-faith enquiries. Do not disrupt the site, attempt access to another person's private data, or submit someone else's personal data or materials without permission. Collaboration applications have the 18+ requirement stated in the form.
Enquiries and orders
An estimate request or application does not create a purchase or payment obligation. Scope, price, timing, deliverables and rights are agreed before the relevant order begins. A collaboration application creates no employment, partnership, exclusivity or promise of acceptance. A bank transfer is received after funds arrive and are verified; selecting I have paid does not itself confirm payment.
Materials and rights
Your materials remain yours. Submitting them permits use to review your enquiry and perform agreed work. Publication, use of likeness or voice, creation of a digital replica and other commercial rights require separate, specific agreement. Rights to deliverables, source files and third-party components follow the offer, license or separate agreement; browsing the site does not transfer them.
Information and third-party services
Pages describe available directions and examples. Commercial results, sales or third-party approval are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed. External services have their own terms. Optional analytics is not required to send an enquiry. These rules do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Ви можете переглядати матеріали для законної особистої або професійної оцінки, користуватися формами за призначенням і замовляти пропозиції на умовах відповідної картки та оферти.

Назва Faza Reflexa, логотип, тексти, дизайн, структура та оригінальні матеріали належать Виконавцю або використовуються на законних підставах. AI-assisted media може бути частиною виробничого процесу; конкретний обсяг прав визначається пропозицією або окремою угодою.
Матеріали Замовника не стають власністю Faza Reflexa лише через завантаження чи надсилання. Окремі права виникають лише за прямо погодженими умовами.
Сторонні посилання ведуть на сервіси з власними правилами. Ми не контролюємо їх доступність, зміст або обробку даних.
Окремі розділи можуть тимчасово змінюватися для безпеки, технічних робіт чи розвитку проєкту. Це не скасовує прийнятих зобов’язань за оплаченим замовленням.
