Google Analytics 4 (Faza Reflexa Website, G-ZVWRK3B5D1) helps us understand traffic sources and interest in offers. The Google script loads only after you select Allow. Before that, and after Decline, this module sends no events to Google.
We send public page views, language and section, CTA categories, contact method and confirmation that an enquiry was successfully saved. Google also processes cookie identifiers and browser, device and network technical data. This module does not send names, emails, phone numbers, form answers, messages, files or private links. Page addresses exclude query parameters and fragments; campaign labels are sent after format validation.

- Google cookies to distinguish visits and sessions. Only with consent; up to 180 days, with possible renewal during visits. Withdrawing consent removes them on the current domain.

- Browser local storage: choice, date and version. Stored for 180 days to remember Allow or Decline. This record is not sent to Google.
- Session context
- Session storage keeps validated campaign labels and local references to prevent duplicate lead counts. These normally disappear when the tab closes. Enquiry references are not sent to Google.
As of this notice, GA4 retains event data for 2 months and user data for 14 months, renewed after new activity. Aggregated standard reports may remain longer. Advertising storage, Google Signals and ad personalization are disabled. This module does not currently connect Google Ads.
Google receives analytics data. Processing may take place outside your country, including the United States, under Google's terms and applicable international transfer arrangements. Google privacy policy.
Consent is optional. Decline or withdraw it at any time using Analytics settings at the bottom of a public page. This stops future events but does not automatically delete data Google already received; contact us for requests concerning that data. The site and forms work without Google Analytics.
Separately, the site uses its existing internal records of funnel steps and enquiry sources, language preferences and security mechanisms. The Google Analytics choice controls Google; it does not disable form operations, security logs or internal records. These records remain in the site's infrastructure and are not sent to Google by this module.
