Faza Reflexa / public principles

The way we intend to work.

These are working principles for an early project, not a substitute for a reviewed agreement. The point is to make the direction visible before a private conversation begins.

01

Identity is personal.
A person is not raw material. The project can create a digital identity without claiming the human being behind it.

02

Consent is specific.
A general yes is not permission for every future use. The relevant use, medium and context should be clear.

03

Boundaries are explicit.
Limits are defined before production and revisited when the work changes shape.

04

Economics are transparent between partners.
Commercial details may be confidential, but they are not meant to be vague between the people building the project.

05

Sensitive decisions require agreement.
Voice, likeness, personal history and sensitive categories need an explicit conversation before use.

06

Confidential information stays confidential.
The public layer protects the project while still communicating enough to make an informed first decision.

07

Leaving the project must be possible.
A working relationship needs a defined exit, including rules for existing content and future use.

Public enough to be honest.

Faza Reflexa is being built as a commercial project. Some details remain confidential because they are part of the project’s business and production architecture. Confidentiality is meant to protect real work—not to replace a clear answer in the room where a decision is made.

Before any full production commitment, the relevant rights, boundaries, economics and exit principles should be documented and reviewed by the people involved.
