Privacy, in plain language.

This page describes the minimum information needed to review a founding collaboration application. It is a working public notice for the MVP and should be replaced or expanded with a jurisdiction-reviewed policy before candidate traffic begins.

What we may receive

If you apply, we may receive your name, age confirmation, city and country, preferred contact, the contact details you choose to provide, your answers, optional social links, and optional photographs or a short video.

We do not ask for a passport, tax number, bank details or home address at the first application stage.

Why we use it

We use application information to understand whether a conversation could be compatible, contact you about the application, keep a limited review record, and protect the application flow from abuse.

Files

Optional media is stored in private storage and is not published through permanent public URLs. Access is limited to the project review process and any later use must be separately discussed and agreed.

Retention and deletion

Rejected or withdrawn applications should be subject to a defined retention period. Unnecessary personal data and personal media should be deleted when that period expires. The exact period must be confirmed in the reviewed Privacy Policy.

Your choices

You may ask what application information is held about you, request correction, withdraw the application, or ask for deletion where applicable. Use the contact shown on the site or reply to the application confirmation.
